Nero di Lupo Cos, 100% Nero d’Avola, Biodynamic wine, very elegant Nero d’Avola, lighter and finer than most, 11% abv, delicious. Nero di Lupo Cos is their 100% Nero d’Avola wine. It has remarkable finesse for Nero with earthy, leathery fruit flavours balanced by flinty notes. It is ruby red in colour with fine aromas of cherry jam, dried violet and clove. A much lighter, fresher example of this often cheaply produced work horse grape. Absolutely delicious with a plate of ‘Pasta alla Norma’!
