An innovative spirit, perfect for gin lovers. 100% organic spirit, distilled with a unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish plants to create a rich and floral spirit. It’s a barley spirit that really makes the difference adding a malty, fruity undertone that plays exceptionally well with the botanicals. Perfect with tonic or in any classic gin cocktail.
The ten botanicals are a mix of traditional gin flavours with locally foraged plants: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather. Delicious!

Established in 2017 by Annabel Thomas as a independent, organic whisky distillery that exists to create experimental spirits and pioneer sustainable production.

Focusing on high quality produce and leaving no carbon footprint, Nc'nean sources local organic Scottish barley and yeasts for the purest of flavours. The whole distillation process is powered by green energy, with plans to bottle with 100% recycled glass and packaging in the future.
