The co-operative Valli Unite was born over thirty years ago, when three young men merged their vineyards and began a project to preserve the old way of farming.
The old ways were combined with a very modern belief in organic farming as the way of the future, as part of the wider project known as ‘contraction’, involving reducing the human impact on the natural environment. Viticulture is non-invasive, using old-fashioned sickles and manures from their cattle as well as green fertilisers composed of clover and weeds. Cement vats are used to ferment the wines which are then transferred to old barrels to soften and mature.

Simpelt put this Wine satisfies all ones natural wine needs.
It’s got a funky odeur which isn’t too funky, it’s fresh and acidic, full of nice tannins and a slight prickling on the tongue. Off course this wine is not one to stay for you forever as the wine that changed your life but for this buck it’s got proper bang!!
