Ottavio Rube Rosso Dolcetto, cruchy, chocolate, cherry, rustic Biodynamic red. This great little Natural Dolcetto blend is from a fantastic coop whose entire production follows biodynamic principles. As with most Dolcetto, you get that lovely crunch acid, but fairly rich body which gives you a sort of fresh cherry and chocolate combination. It’s a little wild around the edge, but a fantastic entry level natural wine that’s extremely low in sulphur. A wine that simply goes with everything!
