Palmento di Salina ROSSO NON ROSSO, Caravaglio, natural wine, low sulphites, from the beautfiul Island of Salina in the Aeolian Islands north of Sicily. A gorgeous, fruity, salty wine from the Islands of the Mediterrenean, made by Nino Caravaglio from his 20 hectare estate. The wine is totally naturally made, no fining, filtration or addition of the sulphur. The wine is none the less, completely clean, fruit driven and delicious. Serve chilled with some fresh Tuna.
