PATRICK SULLIVAN Waterskin 2019, biodynamic wine, light skin contact, Riesling, Semillon, Sauvignon.  This is a proper field blend, they pick all varieties on the same day, from the same block. They direct press the Riesling  over whole bunch Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.  They co-ferment and send the wine to the barrels.  The PATRICK SULLIVAN Waterskin is spicy, smoky, with scents  of green apple and citrus fruit.  Some chewy tannins to finish it off.

Patrick Sullivan had a nomadic childhood.  His first vinous whiff probably came whilst climbing the Cambrian hills north of central Victoria on a farm his family once owned.  Now he is all grown up and married to the beautiful Megan.  Patrick Sullivan lives and makes his wine on their own farm in the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland, Australia.  The wines are inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place.
