Pet Nat Rose Terres Blanches, biodynamic Pet Nat, ancestral method, Cabernet Franc, stunningly high quality Petillant Naturelle. Terre Blanches make very fine and elegant wines including the delightful Pet Nat, made a little differently. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermentation begins following the ‘Pet Nat’ approach of refermentation in the bottle. After resting on the lees following fermentation, the wines are disgorged for release without any additions, finings or filtration. Simply sublime delicacy and elegant texture with subtely sweet red fruits and a bone dry, limpid and fine finish whioch lingers.
