Mise du Printemps Pinot Blanc Josmeyer, natural wine, low sulphur wine, fresh and light summer white. Josmeyer natural wines really are the best of Alsace. The nose is fine and delicate opening on white flowers and apple blossom notes with a light touch of white peach. The palate is fresh, soft and very moreish (from Magnum, also available, it is even better!). We find notes of fruits with a fleshy side. The finish is firm with a nice racy acidity. A real wine of pleasure. Nothing to add, sit back and enjoy the spring! Take a look at that bottle, for impact with a magnum, Mise du Printemps is THE bottle for your table!
