Radford Dale Chenin Blanc, natural production, old bush vines, cooking apple, honey, ripe apricot, benchmark top South African Chenin. Chenin Blanc from old bush vines on the Helderberg mountain. This is a recipe for delicious wine with notes of bruised apple and very ripe stone fruit, sweet honey and blossom. The wine is entirely naturally fermented in barrels and then matured for around 9 months although no new wood is used. Very tasty white wine for Pate de Fois and some sweet fruit chutney or full flavoured fish dishes.
