Riflesso Rose Eugenio Rosi, biodynamic, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marzemino Crunchy, full bodied Rose. Lovely crunchy fresh Rose/Red wine with guts made from low yielding grapes. This Rose actually ages really well, delicious at 3 years of age, a more serious Rose than most which will stand up to gutsy mountain food. In some vintages it is quirky, full to the point of being basically a red wine, but still with the vivacity of a Rose. We suspect Eugenio was feeling creative when he made this wine and it ended up having a longer skin maceration than normal, he just probably felt like it! In any case, it is still a delicious wine.
