Roc’h Avel Anjou Blanc Magnum Terre de l’Elu, Biodynamic Wine, delicious classy white wine! An exciting bouquet of liquorice and fennel leads to ripe pear and fresh almonds. On the palate, a saline freshness and aniseed flavour. This Anjou Blanc Magnum is a full-bodied, yet at the same time tender and elegant wine and is a perfect accompaniment to shellfish or a fresh goat’s cheese. Although the wines from Terre L’Elu are both approachable and expressive in youth, they will age magnificently. In Magnum, this one would go 10 years easy and develop fantastic complexity. It is such a friendly wine too, it would be great for dinner parties and celebrations too.
