Sylvaner Bergweingarten Pierre Frick, grapey, rich, biodynamic, fresh, minerally. A lovely balanced wine with a rich and creamy palate kept in check by fine acidity. Flavours of sweet ripe fruit and pineapple, baked apple, candid citrus, brioche and underlying minerality. A superb wine with distinctive sweetness and full bodied texture, outstanding for mature, creamy cheeses, meat stews with with fruit like Tagine or even Roast Pork and apple.

Stuart McGinley –
Had this recently in a wine flight at L’Enclume. Was the stand out wine for me. Ordered 2 bottles but think I’ll be back for more!
