These six wines have been chosen for Vegan food. Of course they are all Vegan wines too. Foods like beans, pulses, lentils, vegetables of all shapes and flavours, oils, spices, both hot and aromatic, flat breads, nuts, vegan cheeses, dried fruits etc etc, all give vegan food their incredible array of diverse flavours, aromas and deliciousness. However, sometimes matching vegan food with wine is tricky. After all, wines have traditionally been paired with meat, fish or cheeses, as these formed the basis of the local cuisine and diet of the various wine producing regions. Happily, natural wine provides a similar diversity of flavour to vegan cuisine and the wilder side of production seems to us to go very well with vegetable based foods. So this case has six wines, all made with very low intervention, sulphur use and control. There are several skin contact/orange wines which match very well with spices and pulses.
