Theodora Gut Oggau, biodynamic wine, Gruner Veltliner, Welsch Riesling, dry, full, funky, tasty. The serious sister of Atanasius, Theodora is serious wine, complex and intellectual with depth and body, intriguing aromas of under ripe melon, kiwi and yeasty notes. The wine is dryer than other years and more racey so for lighter more elegant fish dishes, it is excellent.

Keiron fallows –
Not very experienced with any type of wine, however this was the first ever natural wine I tried and I am slightly addicted to its flavours.
