Older than Theodora, fleshier and fuller bodied, Timotheus is a delicious biodynamic blend of 70% Gruner Veltliner and 30% Weissburgunder. Although dry, the texture is quite full in the mouth and the exotic flavours of wild flowers, tropical fruits and racy citrus notes make for a stunning glass of aromatic white wine.
