Guy Allion Sauvignon Blanc, citrus and crispiness all the way. A great quality zippy fresh white wine which keep you filling your glass with over and over again!! The vineyard is located in the central Loire on perruche (sandy-clay) soils and is run according to the Terra Vitis programme, a system which promotes sustainable viticulture and respect for the land and environment. Although not organic, the vineyard operates a ‘lutte raisonnee’ approach using as little chemical treatments as possible. The result is delicious, clean, with uplifting notes of elder-flower, cut grass, asparagus and crunchy apples. Very easy to enjoy and with 12% alcohol the half bottle is even more perfect for lunch with an asparagus omelette and Parmesan and a fresh salad of greens. Healthy and delicious!
