Trelans Blanc Alain Chabanon 2010, biodynamic wine, Chanin Blanc, Vermentino, incredible depth, complex layers of honey, beeswax and stone fruits, still fresh as a daisy, exceptional mature white wine for goats cheeses. The complex biodynamic wines of Alain Chabanon need time to come to their best. We have just one case of this amazing 2010. It is less common blend of grapes but trust when we say, it works superbly well, Chenin providing honey and acidity, vermentino giving body, depth and mature fruits.
