Medium bodied, medium frothy Pink wine, stunning texture, soft and delicate in the mouth and dangerously easy drinking. Ze Bulle is made by a unique method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise. All the carbon gas and all the aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling. The energy and essence of these classic Loire grapes grown using natural methods are captured 100% in the wine. The results are dangerously drinkable and at 9.5% and virtually no sulphites added, you can quaff with confidence.
