Medium bodied, medium frothy Pink wine, stunning texture, soft and delicate in the mouth and dangerously easy drinking. Ze Bulle is made by a unique method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise. All the carbon gas and all the aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling. The energy and essence of these classic Loire grapes grown using natural methods are captured 100% in the wine. The results are dangerously drinkable and at 9.5% and virtually no sulphites added, you can quaff with confidence.

Founder and Winemaker, Bruno Ciofi, moved onto Domaine de la Pinte in Jura thirteen years after having began his first job working with Jean-Pierre Frich, pioneer of Biodynamic farming in Alsace. In 2014, Bruno met Virgine, daughter of Nicolas Joly, and after a two year long-distance relationship moved to be with her in Anjou. Here he met Mark Angeli, and they began working together on the 2016 vintage. 

Bruno is an activist at heart, his mission is to champion local wines that have not been given the credit they deserve. Through a small project, Beret et Compagnie, Bruno assists small producers in the Loire Valley who are working with the vines naturally but don't have enough power to bottle or commercialise their wines.

Snapped up around the world, the wines are true unicorns (which is ironically the estate’s symbol). With a keen interest in agroforestry, regenerative farming and the regeneration of forgotten varieties, the growing of mostly Chenin is located amongst fields of horses, cows and beehives. Expressive and as authentic as they come, the wines are bottled without fining, filtration or any added sulphur.
