Almate Tempranillo Alfredo Maestro, unsulphured, deep, ripe Spanish red. Almate Tempranillo from Alfredo Maestro is an organic, unsulphured, dark coloured, richly scented wine with a nose of ripe fruit, lavender and toffee with notes of rose. On the palate minerals, plum, cherry and berry compote. This Tempranillo sees only old oak barrels for 4 months, it is ripe, soft and delicious easy drinking. A superb value natural wine for any occasion. This is wine with absolutely no sulphur and as such shows a little reduction at times but this quickly disappears with some aeration to reveal the warmth and depth of the wine.
