Vintage Cognac Grande Champagne Trijol 1984, when tasting this Cognac, you begin toi understand why this Spirit is still seen as the very zenith of the category.  The level of complexity is breath taking and the smooth, seemless integration of alcohol is incredible.  The surprising citrus hit which is is very vinous pays hommage to the greapes from which the spirit was derived 40 years ago.  This is exceptional Cognac, expensive yes but if you have the budget and love Cognac, you will not be disappointed.

The distillery was first installed at St Martial Sur Né in 1859, in the heart of the Cognac region.

Since then, 5 generations have run the distillery, creating Cognacs and Pineaux of exceptional quality. They have 22 stills and bottle everything on site, and the spirits are tasted every 24 hours during their production by Jean-Jacques Trijol to ensure the quality. The use of Sulphur Dioxide is forbidden.
