Gorio Natural Prosecco, elegant, off-dry, fine, creamy mousse, ripe orchard fruits. Gorio from Malibran is made in the now most popular charmant method (second fermentation in vat, rather than bottle). The colour is a pale straw yellow with delicate bubbles. The bouquet is fine, rich and creamy with aromas of fresh cut flowers, hints of acacia and rose and scents of ripe apple, pear, and white peach. The palate is full, soft and well-balanced with a gentle creamy mouse underlining the elegance of this very traditionally styled Prosecco. At 11.5% alcohol with around 17 grams residual sugar per litre in perfect balance with the wine Gorio is the perfect aperitif! Please note that extra-dry in Italian labeling means off-dry (extra-brut being the driest style). Also available as a Magnum for extra theatre!
