Renosu Bianco Tenuta Dettori, biodynamic wine, Vermentino, Monica, Pascale, rare grapes, characterful, elegant wine with the true flavour of Sardinia. Renosu bianco is a 'Triple A' wine, totally natural production from a blend of the local grapes of Sennori. It is a wine characterised by soft white stone fruits, freshness, a note of saltiness and minerals, very tasty white for seafood - but it's pretty versatile, so would go with pretty much anything, including Asian cuisine. It is produced according to Organic and Biodynamic principles, without any filtration, fining or oak, and only sees a smidge of sulphur at bottle. Fermentation is done with natural yeasts. This is a wonderful natural wine of real character and elegance.
