Liqueurs

Liqueurs are made from a combination of base spirits, infused with different flavourings and usually sweetened with sugar. Fruits are common, such as in Limoncello or Rhubarb Gins, as are nuts such as with Amaretto. Whilst they typically have a lower ABV than other distillate spirits, this is not always the case. Cremes, such as Creme de Cassis have a higher sugar content and therefore more viscous texture. Our liqueurs are from producers which use the finest ingredients to make quality liqueurs that are as delicious on their own as they are in cocktails.
