Details

Teroldego Rotaliano Elisabetta Foradori, biodynamic wine, rich, dark, minerally wine, pure expression of Teroldego, pure expressions of the mountains. Teroldego Foradori, marked by the purity and intensity of the fruit. Soft yet penetrating its sweetness is backed by a supporting acidity that weaves elegantly amongst the fruit. Great for mountain foods, based on meat, pasta and cheese.

Elisabetta Foradori is a prominent member of the 10 who make up the Dolomitici group, and is a key figurehead of Biodynamic production in Trentino. Arguably, she has single-handedly brought the intriguing Teroldego grape back from the brink of disappearance. She is someone deeply attached to her native land and vineyards, and today she looks after a beautiful 26 hectare estate and produces 160 000 bottles of superb biodynamic wine from various local varieties.

A truly beautiful wine to enjoy on a casual evening. Went fantastically with the truffle pasta.
Dark luscious fruit character, With this surprising acidity that balanced the tannin and the power of the wine.
Well balanced, will be beautiful in a few years
