Bullas Ninja de las Uvas Blanco (Orange Wine), macabeo, 15 days skin maceration, natural production, elegant orange wine, very fresh, super easy drinking. It is hot down in Murcia and the grapes get a lovely ripeness. Reds have fleshy dark fruits, and this delightful orange, picked slightly early has a distinctive floral and citrus fruit note alongside the dry grippyness of the skin contact. Julia makes super wine which are great fun to drink but the quality is also very high. Naturally farmed low yielding vines and an understanding of how to temper the heat of the region gives Julia the ability to make delicious fruit driven but fresh and juicy wine.
